We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

Custom, personalized, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
