Custom, personalized, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
